Amy is dedicated to providing a safe, effective, patient-centered treatment plan in order to achieve quantifiable results and help return her patients back to optimal health. She has a special interest in treating those experiencing chronic pain due to postural dysfunction, and repetitive stress injuries, pre and post-natal care, sports injuries and treating those living with tension headaches or migraines. In order to address these concerns and help her patients achieve their goals she enjoys using techniques such as myofascial and trigger point release techniques, PNF stretching, peripheral joint mobilizations as well as general swedish and deep tissue massage. She aims to provide a therapeutic approach while maintaining a calming and comfortable environment

In her spare time Amy enjoys hiking, swimming and yoga as well as spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking. Her favorite place to spend time is at the cottage on the lake where she enjoys hanging out with family and friends and taking the canoe out on the water.
