Dan was a graduate of the 2200 hour diploma program from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. During his time there, he excelled in both clinical assessment and manual skills. He graduated with honours and spoke on behalf of his class as valedictorian. Dan is originally from Calgary Alberta and first moved to Nova Scotia to attend Undergraduate Studies at St. Francis Xavier University for Jazz Piano.
Dan focuses on patient goals and creates treatment plans with measurable results. Some of his favourite techniques include deep tissue, swedish massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, and cupping therapy. He has a keen interest in treating sports injuries, repetitive stress injuries, postural dysfunction, stress management, and headaches. He strives to provide the best result possible while providing treatment in a comfortable and relaxing setting.
In his spare time Dan loves the outdoors. He enjoys hiking, camping, canoeing, and is an avid runner. He also has a passion for travel and adventure. Over the past few years he has backpacked extensively through Europe, Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
Dan plans to continue his education in myofascial release.
